Food: Cherries, yogourt x 2, Tim’s coffee, sausage egg white breakfast sammich, almonds, spinach and almond wrap, apple x 2, carrots, M&M’s, shepard’s pie, broccoli, and pepsi.
So i bought M&M’s at the bus station. And not like a small-ish pack, I went for the larger one. I feel shame tumblr. BUT THEN LOOK BELOW:
Workout: I went running today! This was partly because of my poor food choice and partly to make up for missing so much last weekend when I was away. And I started using mapmyrun.com which is exciting. I ran actually 4 km today (not almost, ACTUALLY) because I was running at home rather than at my apt at school. Time today was 21 min 39 sec. This was my first time running at home and there were a lot more terrain obstacles. Basically, the streets I run at school are completely flat where as home has hills and stuff. So that slowed me down. Plus different shoes = blisters by the end. Pain for me. But still good run, good workout.
Now to rest for the unbelievable torture of tomorrow’s class at the gym YAY
